Ways to Vote

Election Day is on Tuesday, November 3rd, and there are plenty of ways to cast your ballot on or before that day to make your voice heard!

01
Vote by Mail

You can apply for a Mail-In Ballot online until October 27th and in-person at the County Board of Elections until Nov. 2nd at 3pm

After receiving your ballot, you can return it one of three ways:

  • Return your ballot in the mail - no postage required. Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day in order to be counted, and we recommend mailing it back as soon as possible.

  • At a Secure Drop Box - To be sure your ballot doesn’t get delayed or lost in the mail, leave it in any of Morris County’s secure Drop Boxes before 8pm on Election Day.

  • Person at the Board of Elections - If you prefer to hand your ballot to someone directly, you can go to the County Board of Elections at 10 Court Street, Morristown, NJ.

02
Vote Early In-Person

You can vote early, in-person from October 24th through November 1st at any of the early voting locations in Morris County. Early voting hours are 10am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday.
