Randolph Needs a Plan
Our current council is running our town with a Master Plan from 2006, and residents are paying the price. Taxes are up nearly 19% since 2022, and that’s costing households an average of $420 per year. Outdated planning means we are not preparing Randolph for new technologies and are spending time solving yesterday’s problems. That’s why we see new housing projects put up on the side of the turnpike, disconnected from services, instead of mixed-use, sustainable development that enhances quality of life and takes some of the tax burden off of residents

Our Platform
The last time Randolph Township developed a new Master Plan was in 2006. That’s before the invention of the iPhone, work from home, or the large-scale adoption of electric cars. We need a Council that will plan for the future. That means smart growth which promotes sustainability and community and prevent sprawl and rushed housing projects.
Our current council is content to rush through affordable housing projects on the side of a main road when we could work towards mixed-use housing that creates opportunities for business while building connection in town.
We can also invest in existing communities and improving our village center. While the current council is willing to replace Sussex woods and similar green space with apartments, we believe in using what we have and connecting communities with better pedestrian infrastructure.
It’s time to plan for a smarter Randolph.
A New Master Plan
Randolph residents pay some of the highest taxes in Morris County with municipal taxes up nearly 19% since 2022. Our town is missing important commercial tax payers leaving residents and homeowners to foot the bill.
We can do more to attract new businesses by cutting red tape and connecting our community with more transportation options like expanded bike paths and pedestrian trails.
With better planning, we can make a more affordable Randolph by lowering the share of tax that homeowners pay over time all while working to improve accessibility and quality of life for residents.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every resident feels heard, valued, and empowered to participate in the decision-making processes that shape our town.
1 in 5 Randolph residents are renters, yet none are represented on the current council. Our team represents a broad range of Randolph resident experiences. We need a council that works and lives like the Township it represents.
